Good morning! Please continue to be praying for the insurance roadblock to quickly clear and open up for Charlos and his family. The specialized care facility in Colorado has accepted him and is ready for Los + Los is ready and strong enough to go, but insurance is currently blocking it, trying to keep Los in-state at some non-specialized (cheaper) care facilities. This has been a very tough roller coaster ride and battle for the family (and it is that last thing they need to be worried about right now). So, please be praying that this insurance roadblock and red tape can quickly clear, and that the path for Los and his family to get into the specialized, amazing care facility in Colorado that is waiting for them to be opened 🙏🙏
And then on the more uplifting side of things — Charlos celebrated his 42nd birthday yesterday, surrounded by his wife Brooke, kiddos Chase & Chloe, and many other family members and friends. 🙏 Los was awake, interacting with us all, using some responsive movements (thumbs up to questions, shakas 🤙, tracking and following people across the room with eye contact), and even gave us some classic Los humor / comic relief by showing us all his new “No” answer… flipping the middle finger when he didn’t like something. 😂
It’s so amazing to see all of your prayers continue to be answered and unfold in real time with God’s healing hand! Thank you to everyone here on this prayer chain for keeping it going!!
Los is fighting hard for his family right now! 💪 And let’s all keep fighting hard for Los, via prayer and supporting his family while he recovers. They sure do feel it, and thank you all for it! 🙏
