More stabilization today, controlling his fevers and waiting on swelling to decrease. If he does not have any change in condition, he will have a repeat cat scan and MRI tomorrow morning. The MRI will provide clarity on diagnosis and treatment moving forward.
Updated as of 11a Monday morning.
They lighted his sedation this morning and he moved “postured” and took huge breaths. They didn’t like the way he moved as it was a sign of distress. Looks like he will be sedated and intubated with a feeding tube for at least a couple weeks.
They will be making a decision for a tracheotomy soon. Brooke is laying with him in his bed. Please pray for her strength
